COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN


Customers:
 anyone under the direction of provincial health officer to self-isolate please do not enter the premises
 anyone who is feeling sick is asked to restrict themselves to take out orders only
 all patrons please follow personal hygiene and distancing protocol
 limit seating to groups of 6 as per health ORDER
 limit washroom occupancy to ONE to TWO allow for physical distancing


Staff:
 anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days must self-isolate at home; symptoms include
fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and new muscle aches or headache.
Will be sent home if symptoms set on at work.
 anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate must follow those instructions
 Follow enhanced personal hygiene protocol; and if suffering from allergies or smoker’s cough will wear mask
while preparing and serving food
 wash hands regularly as prescribed protocol
 practice physical distancing

Additional Measures taken to keep YOU safe!
 Physical barriers set up at cash register area to separate guests and staff. No more than 50% of the usual capacity of patrons present at one time.
 Enhanced cleaning, disinfecting, and personal hygiene protocol
 Bar stools removed to allow for physical distancing
 Tables arranged 2 meters apart such that the distance from the back of one chair to the back of another chair is 3 ft apart
 Discontinued on-table condiments, table cards, cutlery, napkin dispenser
 Set condiments , cutlery and napkins out only when needed
 Use disposable cocktail napkins instead of coasters
 Refilling cups and glasses without touching
 Deliver plates to table using plate covers
 Wipe & disinfect tables and chairs arms/backs after each use
 Disinfect debit machine after every use
 Disinfect condiment containers and menus after every use
 Disinfect regularly ; door handles, bar rail and counter, sinks & taps
 Sanitize clearing trays between uses
